Google updates Search Console shopping tab listings report

Google has updated the Shopping tab Listings report in Search Console to help merchants better manage their product offering. The new report includes two new features:

Issues report: This report will notify merchants when their products stop appearing on the Shopping tab due to any issues. This can help businesses to quickly identify and fix problems that are preventing their products from being visible to shoppers.

Opportunity and visibility reports: This report shows merchants opportunities to increase clicks and improve the ranking of their products on Google. This can help businesses to optimize their product listings for better visibility and performance.

To access these new features, merchants must associate their Search Console property with a Merchant Center account. This can be done by any Search Console property owner with admin rights to the corresponding Merchant Center account. Once the association is made, all users accessing that Search Console property will be able to see the new features.
